mopee.ai ("mopee", "we", "us", "our") is a software-as-a-service product designed for independent cleaning professionals and small cleaning businesses. Our registered contact email is contact@mopeeai.com.
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), mopee acts as the data controller for personal data you provide directly to us.
We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics pixels, or behavioural profiling tools. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

We may also disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
By joining the waitlist you explicitly consent to receive occasional emails about mopee — launch updates, early access invites, your position in the waitlist queue, and any locked-in discounts associated with your sign-up. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that immediately removes you from all future marketing communications. You can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@mopeeai.com.

The public waitlist counter displayed on the mopee landing page reflects the total number of confirmed sign-ups stored in our database. No personally identifiable information (name, email, or business) is ever displayed publicly. The counter is a simple integer count query against the waitlist_signups table.
Your position number is generated at sign-up based on insertion order and is shared only with you privately upon confirmation.

California residents: We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those described in this policy.
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS in the United States (us-east-1 region). If you access mopee from the EU/EEA, transfers of your personal data to the USA are made under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as incorporated in Supabase's Data Processing Agreement.
mopee is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at contact@mopeeai.com and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify waitlist members and registered users by email. Your continued use of mopee after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
